We are hiring for an HR Manager / Human Resource Manager

Purpose:      


To serve as the Manager Human Resource in the capacity of planning, directing and coordinating human resource management activities for maximizing the strategic use of human resources and maintain all HR Functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, disciplinary issue, increment, promotion, training and development.
  • Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
  • Advises management on organization policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
  • Coordinate with IT in developing state of the art software solution for HRMS and payroll processing
  • Develop controls and analytical MISs in software
  • Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
  • Employee contracts renewal & Confirmation.
  • Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training, and health and safety programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
  • Develop, administer and evaluate applicant tests.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisal, and absenteeism rates.
  • Planning implementation and review of quality objectives.
Additional responsibilities:
  • To coordinate with Management and Finance for budgeting, achieving bell curves
  • Support management in achieving their HR targets
