Job Description
- Assist with planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website.
- Analyze SKU productivity to refine assortments increasing clarity of offering.
- Develop customer service model for all online platforms.
- Monitor statuses on all websites.
- Manage social media accounts for back linking the products.
- Manage all technical and marketing aspects of Amazon & eBay.
- Make data base directory for Amazon & eBay.
- Vendor selection for new products.
- Customer support for Amazon & eBay.
- Fluent in spoken English.
- Experience in any call centre.
- Initiate social media program on different social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube
- Manage SEO strategy to grow and improve brand awareness.
- Manage inventory levels.
- Monitor events & trends that impact sale.
